Help with power modes

Hi new to forums so please bare with me, not sure if i am posting this in the right place.
I have just bought an eplus red mantra from argos, and developed a problem after two weeks, at first when i got the bike and switched the power mode switch on, on handlebar it used to come on at power mode 0, now when i switch it on it starts at power mode 1, is this something that might cause a bigger problem, everything works ok, used too put in power mode 1 to kick off anyway, but not sure why it now starts in this mode when i switch it on ?, maybe there is a quick fix too problem dont fancy sending the whole bike back too argos for what might be a simple fix as maybe pressing a sequence of buttons.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with your specific bike model and brand. If you usually switch to PAS 1 after turning the bike on, are you turning the bike off in that setting? My bike always returns to the PAS setting it was in prior to turning it off. Which I prefer. If my bike automatically shuts off, due to inactivity while I'm taking a break, when I turn the bike on I'm at the same setting I was prior to shut down. Same is true if I turn the bike off. The bike always returns to the previous settings.

I have tried putting on zero, (which was its original starting mode when i first got the bike) then switching battery off and on again andnit is still starting at mode one, I have tried taking the battery off bike overnight too see if the mode would reset, also found the controller, uncoupled each wire and put back, still to no avail, as i said before the bike is working fine, im just worried that because it has done this is it going to start coming on at level two next one day, it is just a simple mode selector with red led lights, and the 0 too 4 press buttons buttons.

if i switch the battery off in any other mode it does not start back at that mode, it is always number one.
