Hello. I have this electric bike with a 250 Watt Bafang G310 motor. For 2 seconds, an error appeared on board (E-13) and then disappeared. After that, the engine doesn't help me pedal at all. I mention that the dashboard works normally, the battery is full, but it only works like a normal bike ... can anyone help me with any information please? thanks a lot

I'm not qualified to give you this advice, as I'm a complete amateur.
I'd take it to your local battery rebuilder (if you have one).

I looked around on AliExpress, looks like temp. sensor is attached to your BMS.

It's either your battery was overheating, or temp. sensor was faulty.
