hi my bike is a carrero shimano steps e7000 hifuka mountain bike/so far the bike has been good apart from the battery which i do not think is fit for purpose as it chips very easily,not something that should happen on a mountain bike and i am having a problem making the dealer accept this.i have been intouch with shimano and they accept it but icannot get past the dealer.
