This fall, i decide to buy an ebike. It is a Rize City MD. Beautiful bike. I just unbox it yesterday. Run a couple of km. It was -1° cel. I am not planning to use this one in winter. So i can't wait for next spring. Sadly during my ride i've got problem with the derailler. I guess that it was not well adjust and it got entangled in the spokes of the wheel and broke. My bike is unusable. I write this morning to the company for the warranty. I'm waiting.

Unfortunate, broken or bent spokes? Looks as if your derailleur hanger may have been stripped
& will need to be replaced. Hangers can be found on amazon or ebay, but be very careful to get
the correct one for your bike. You may wait a long while to hear from a company on this if ever.
When replacing the hanger be ´extremely´ careful about getting the threads started properly &
do not over tighten. Hangers are alloy which is much softer than the steel threads of the derailleur.
It may have been stripped or cross-threaded prior to shipping making the hanger useless. Hangers
are cheap, order two as you may need a spare in future.

My advice is don't fool around trying to fix the problem, let Rize deal with it under warranty. That is what you paid for and you said that you were not going to use it
in the winter anyway.

That's the way i do. And i talk with Rize today. They have a warranty call out-of-the-box. If there is any problem inside 5 km and 2 weeks they pay to gfx the problem. All they ask me it's a video. By the way they are on the west coast and i'm eastern time so it takes a few days to close the case. I love the bike. It looks great. And for the little time i ride it it runs great. So i'm not worry. It's just a bad luck.
