Hi, new here but long time ebike rider. I wanted to share the upgrades and things I did to the RadWagon. I wanted a utilitarian Ebike so I can ride to the beach with two kids, 3 boards, chair and cooler.

First off props to Mark at Bolten for the endless questions.

-2020 RadWagon
-Bolten screen and controller upgrade. (HUGE difference in torque)
-Cable pull hydraulic brakes - HUGE difference in stopping power
-52v 17.5 ah Samsung on the way
-tire liners
-trailer 'hitch' gas pipe from Lowes
-$5 in pine for running boards (Rad ones were backordered forever)
-Amazon trailer
-2" PCV 3 board surf rack which doubles as a hot shower (after surf)
-Amazon handle bar mirrors.

What else do I need?

Welcome to the site. Nice construction skills.
You need spare tubes & tires for your 22 x 3" tires. You're not going to find them at Wal-mart or the LBS.
I needed a trailer like that last summer to carry a 65 lb 28"x28"x30" box (B&S motor) out to my summer camp. Asked for a favor from my buddy with a car.
I ride a yubabike with 26"x2.1" tires. Kenda knobbies for almost no flats. I carry 2 tubes at all times, sometimes the first tube blows up. **** ****ese garbage. Taking a 42"x22" solar battery charger out to camp tomorrow, on the bike. Hope it doesn't fall.

Sweet setup! Dont they have showers at the beach?

Guys thanks for the replies. I'll look into Kenda tires. I've had three flats so I'll line the tires today and then buy spares as you suggested. Yes they have showers at the beach but I just wanted to build this with the kids just because. I also surf a reef with now showers in sight. it's nice to shower kids and then hang for a bit:)

The 2 kids and trailer weight a lot so I got the 52v batt on the way along with the Bafang 750. HOPING to have longer battery life and more power. Let me know if anyone has further suggestions.

I have since added the 52v battery and Bafang Hub. The bike goes 34~ MPH on PA 5. The spare Radbike battery is never used but nice to know I have a backup.

Getting cassette off the Rad Bike hub was tricky. I cut a Park Tools 'tool' in half. I then had to shim it because of the saw width. Not easy. Glad I didnt cut and solder the plug.

Very cool !!! I need to figure out how to attach a one-wheel trailer (maybe the Bob/Ibex ?) to the frame of my RadWagon .....
