Flat land and lots of wind up here SW of Toledo. Looked around for E-bikes at the local shops but inventory was pretty low so decided to look online and hope for the best. Picked up 2 Huffy Oslo foldable bikes from Kohls for 255 each + tax. Was reading on this forum that several people have done mods to these bikes that make them rather more enjoyable to ride. So I bought 2 thumb throttle controls for 12.95 each on Amazon and now the fun will begin (I am not the handiest mechanic around so I might/will need some assistance). Was hoping anyone that did the mod to use the throttle control might be able to chime in and help me out on how to plug the new throttle in. Was hoping there might be a video about it somewhere and if anyone knows of one, could they please let me know. Abyway, great forum and looking forward to our new Ebikes.

You just need to make sure you get a three wire throttle with a SM plug...it'll go and fit right into the existing plug on the bike controller; to get to the bike controller you need to take the two screws on the bottom holding the back side of the battery mount and it'll pop off to reveal the wires and controller; from there you can quickly identify the three wire plug that has a cap on it with black, red, and a green/white cable; this is the one that is plug and play for your throttle...hope that helps
