bosch cx performance 4gen errorcode 513 shows everytime i start a bike and assist goes on and off couple off times then code shows up and then i start pedaling and press +or- and everything is normal, help me please?

Error codes most frequently occur when a connector has been improperly plugged in. Check for bent
or broken pins as well as incorrect plug in. Worst case, it could be in the internal battery circuit board
or the controller itself. Ask Bosch just what 513 means, & good luck with getting a speedy reply.

513 is cadencesensor error

Two questions. Is it under warrantee? Are you starting the bike without your feet on the pedals? If it is under warrantee I would say bring it in and let them deal with it. The 513 might actually be the torque sensor. Bikes with them do not like being started with any pedal pressure. It is like a farmers' market scale that resets to zero each time it starts. This is especially true with coaster brake electric torque sensor bikes.
