A lot will depend on budget, intended use (commuting, light trails, etc.), required battery range, and local terrain.

I'd avoid ebikes with cadence-sensing power delivery and no local service options. Many local shops won't work on ebikes they don't sell.

Strongly recommend testing before you buy anything.

Correction: Sorry, missed the trike part, but most of the above still applies.
