Have received first of our 2 Wallke - X3 PRO bikes - other one due later today 😬😬😬
So first question is - where can we get a more in depth 'users guide' that helps newbies like us with set up, accessories etc. We have viewed hours of great YouTube footage, but nothing specific to our needs........we inadvertently let air out of the shocks when trying to just test the pressure with a gauge reader (!) and are nervous as to the best method to top up..............oh yeah, also the headset seems real wobbly/loose......................please be gentle - we already rolling our eyes at ourselves!!! 🙄🙄🙄

many thanks Xplore Wallke! we have already enjoyed the wonderful assembly instructional video - but it doesn't cover any adjustments etc that we are starting to realize most riders are perhaps already familiar with?!
Ideally a facetime consultation with a Wallke expert would help - are we right in assuming an ebike shop won't be particularly familiar with our brand of bike or be too invested in helping with a purchase that wasn't from them?!
Our initial enthusiasm is waning as we feel so naïve and unsure where to turn for help! i have already had some lovely responses from others and have been overwhelmed by all the jargon and bike-speak that is so alien to us!!! lol

I would reach out to @Max Black here with a list of your questions, he would be the best person to answer as he works directly with the engineers and technicians.

What are the keys for?

The keys is used to lock/unlock on the battery.
Please take care of your battery key, we don't have copy keys for sold battery. If you lost it, you need to change the battery box.

3 Modes For Riding

  • ECO mode: twisting the throttle with pure electric power.
  • PAS mode: Pedaling with the power assist. Riding will be easier and more energy-efficient.
  • SPORTS mode: Pedaling without electric power. Exercise whenever you want (or the battery run out), burn more body calories!

Pay attention to the following situation:
1. Charge the battery frequently. If you do not use it for a long time, please charge it once a month. Keep the battery clean and dry.
2. Try to use the original charger when charging. Do not cover anything on the charger, it should be in a ventilated place.
3. Before riding, check whether the bike is in good condition, whether the tire pressure is sufficient, whether the brakes are sensitive, and whether the screws are loose.
4. When using the throttle, accelerate slowly from level 1 to level 3. It is recommended to use pedals to assist when climbing.
5. On the premise of ensuring safety, don't brake or start frequetly. When walking the bike, turn off the power to prevent the throttle from starting suddenly.

Is there a way to raise the handlebars?

Bike fork stem extender is a helpful tool to raise up the head handlebar of your beloved bicycle, and bring you enjoyable and relaxed cycling experience without bending the body too low. We suggest you can buy it on the Amazon.
