Hi there...just getting into e bikes and am really interested in getting a Haibike. After shopping around i found a really good price for a hardlife. The frame is a larger one so it fits me. My question is there anything else that makes this a Ladies bike other than color? The one i found is white with the light blue and black trim so it isnt that bad. It sort of lowered my enthusiasm to find out its a ladies model but the price is so good that i may still pull the trigger if there isnt anything crazy in the design differences.... thanks for any insight.

They just have slightly different geometry. My wife has the sl and I had the men's version last year, side by side aside from being a small frame the head angle is slightly more upright, makes for a more upright riding position. If it fits go for it!

Real women's bikes are designed with a different geometry. Some women are better off on men's models due to their physical structure. Those differences tend to be a different inseam/torso length ratio. Some men are better off on women's models as well. Bike fitment is often overlooked when making these choices. Personally, I'm long and tall so I've developed the ability to try bicycle models to see what fits, they don't make women's models that accommodate me. Color is the last metric to be concerned about, if the bike fits, ride it.
