I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this web site or kit-->

It has a sine wave controller and 85% efficient motor. Most motor's I've seen are 80%. I'm gonna email them to see if the motor is wound for torque or speed.

They offer a lot of stuff on Ebay. They've been around a while. There are no 'miracle' controllers. It's better to think in terms of getting the motor you need, and fitting a battery that will give you the range you need. If you really have hills you need to work around that.
