Greenbike USA 750

I bought this bike and had it 363 days before it died. Greenbike USA is the absolutely WORST company I have ever dealt with. It is a week shy of 3 months with still no bike. They say they'll send a part and it takes weeks to get and only after nagging constantly. They don't care about your issues. They are super difficult to get a hold of because they don't answer phones. I can't believe an American company can operate in this manner. DON'T BUY A GREENBIKE. The are amazing to ride but once they break down, you're totally utterly screwed. I'm out $200 so far to get my bike running and I DON'T HAVE A FREAKING BIKE. Worst $1600 mistake of my life. Worst company ever.

What’s wrong? Sadly we’re duped into thinking we get a great deal buying direct and fail to realize we’re put in the position to make our own repairs.

there’s a lot of help available here. Asking for help will get you going long before a complaint thread has any effect on the seller.

PS Thomas, It is now over 3 months. I can't get greenbike usa to return phone calls or text messages. My bike hasn't worked since the week before Thanksgiving 2019. I am already put $200 from the bike shop just to deal with greenbike. I find it incredible I am getting attacked for posting the truth.

As far as making our own repairs...well, I have replaced the far underpowered brakes, gotten tune ups, always maintained the battery, kept it clean and dry, didn't ride in the rain and it slept indoors. I'm not some kid that doesn't take care of my toys.

Service after the sale put the value in a Ebike.
Since my manual pedal Zizzo Via was so great and I wanted to take longer rides, I bought a folding ebike. Great bike but service after the sale was lacking for the 18 month warranty. I started a Facebook user group like the Zizzo user group which is great. Turns out a user group that is also supported by the importer is a Win-win for everyone. Hopefully GreenBikeUSA can learn from Zizzo, and leverage future sales with good service and good reputations. GreenBikeUSA has a way to go with service but they have engineered a good bike IMHO. Plan to probably get another Via when go to Florida for the Jan-April snow season here. ...and add a mid drive motor.
