Good rear rack panniers/pack for folding bike?

Thanks! Currently deciding on locks. I am leaning towards the OnGuard Mastiff chain. Do you sell lots of chains and ULocks at your shop? I realize you are traveling. Reply whenever!

Your bike shipped yesterday from Cali and I'll have tracking today. I don't have too much experience with Ongaurd as I usually use Abus and Kryptonite, but that lock looks pretty legit.
