Hello , Has anyone had experience with Golden Motors Canada ? I am on my third Kit from them ...I love the setup with the cruise control ...Anyhow I am having my first problem with the bike ..motor sounds like it is coming apart .. I am not getting the warm fuzzy feeling I had when Gary Salo was in charge of this company ...

Think so ... I haven't seen or heard of anything from him in years ...Used to be able to talk and email with him ..Thinking the company has gotten too big for him to give personnel service ...or he has sold his part of the company ...or maybe he has just "stepped back" from the craziness... I don't blame him ... And this is only MY theory ...could be total B.S. just my observations ..

So I am having trouble with my bike .... Mujtaba at Golden Motors Canada has messaged me back and forth on this several times ...He has been very nice and helpful ..We think it might be the battery although it is under 3 years old it may be shot ...I have a friend with an e bike I can borrow the battery off to test if it is the battery ..Bottom Line is even with Gary Salo retired Golden Motors Customer Service is still just fine ...
