Giant fathom pro...not swiching off

Hello every one,, I have a giant fathom pro 2020 model...it wont switch off on the control panel....dealer has put new ride control on...but has made no difference.....

Ok thankyou..its been like it now for 2 weeks after I washed it..should of dried out by now..

Oh sorry. I removed the battery and cleaned well everything... did you try that?

Interesting. I’ve got the same issue with my Fast Road E+ Ex Pro. The ride control display had been misting up on rides occasionally. Then the on off button stopped working, now I can’t turn on the lights.

OP have you got your issue fixed?
