Flash Ebike parts

I have two Flash V1 Ebikes. They are out of business. I crashed one and broke the speed thumb switch. The motor is 5 speeds. Does anyone know a website, phone number or have an email that I could send some photos to see if it can be matched? It is a shame that they did not release a parts list to customers when they ended their business. That bike is out of commission. I have taken it to repair shops who were unable to help me.
