Took bike out today for first ride. The stats are from my Garmin 810 total miles was 27.03 the Vado display put me at 29.x miles not going to quibble over the difference. I used 40% battery capacity so I am sitting at 60% left. I stayed in ECO mode 98 % of the time when using battery. I turned battery off when on flat ground, going down a hill, or on minor grades 5% and lower. Very happy with bike the gearing is perfect for me. Happy with battery usage.

I noticed a minor difference in distance berween my Vado trip meter and my old Garmin 60CSx but it was small enough to make me think it’s because the gps is cutting corners.
The distance difference between your Garmin 810 and the bike’s trip meter could also mean the value for your wheel circumference is set a bit too high. Check it if it bothers you.

Good point on GPS cutting corners. I have my route mileage memorized as from one point to another point. Before I got the 810 I used a cycle meter so I know from point A to point B is a certain distance also used my car odometer to check this out. The Garmin matched the cyclometer distances give or take tenths of a mile. I have been looking in the Vado user manual for the wheel circumference setting and can not find it any help would be appreciated.

You need the Mission Control app to change wheel circumference. That function is however locked in EU due to the 15.5mph restriction but I think it is still open for settings on bikes in US.
Only option for me is to go to the dealer for that adjustment.

I am in the same boat the Mission Control App will not load to my IPOD or IPAD devices are to old. I am not buying a $300.00 device just so I can use Mission control.

You have such a pretty bike. I wouldn’t worry about picking apart small amount of data.
Ride the heck out it and enjoy it with many ebike smiles.

Watch your tire pressures. My first ride on the identical bike resulted on a blown rear tube. PSI in the 60's seem to work best on the stock tires. They have a pretty weak bead. I'm 192 lbs. Specialized downgraded on components to reach the cheaper $2700 price point.

I can understand you don’t want spend an extra $300.
I already had an iPhone that can run the app ( it runs on Android too I think) and even if I can’t adjust wheel circumference I’m glad I can adjust other things such as support level and peak power for the 3 power modes.

Does Mission Control work off a home computer?
Important to me as I do not use cell phone, but would like would like to use computer and usb as a substitue.

It is not available for Mac Book Pro It doesn't show when I go to APP store. It must need touch screen abled devices to work.

Checked my tire pressure before ride today PSI was at 40 put 60 PSI in both tires. Specs say PSI should be 50 - 70 will stick with 60 PSI
