First E-Bike purchase Help please

Hello, I'm reaching out today hoping to get some help from yall as you guys have more experience in this.

I've done a little hunting already and I even have one bike ordered but now I'm not sure if I chose the correct one. The bike that I have ordered is the following:

now I have been reading a couple of posts and see that some people are buying from Ali Baba and getting these bikes for a lot cheaper I would like your opinion on that?

Also, I have chosen this bike because I want to use it for Uber eats and door dash. Though I have seen other companies like juice say that their bikes will give you up to 70 miles on a range which sounded a lot better and the bike that I was looking at from them is this one:

Now I'm all open to hearing every suggestion honestly but here's a couple of things about myself I live in Denver Colorado there are some Hills here also I'm a 6' 3" 330 pounds guy. Not in the best shape of my life but was hoping that if I can get an electric bike and do deliveries this would help me lose weight. But I'm just wanting to make sure that I made the right decision and if not correct it. I want something that will give me lots of miles so I don't have to worry about running out of battery especially because downtown from where I live is still like a good 8-mile ride.

Ps. What also like the ability should be able to add more than one battery or have backups just to expand my range. Would also like to keep it in that price range of 2600-2700

Magnum Ui6 - disappointment:
I bought a Magnum Ui6 ebike April 9/2019 (in Toronto). I enjoyed it for one summer. The following March I took it out for the first spin of the year and the pedal assist wasn't working properly. I tried to contact the retailer that sold me the bike (as it was still under warranty - Adventure Cycle) - but the phone rang and rang and they did not pick up, nor did they respond to my many emails. I wasn't too worried about this because, due to covid, most businesses were closed. Anyways, to make a long story - short - I finally realized that Adventure Cycles had gone out of business and found a new magnum dealer (over an hour away from me), in August. I contacted Magnum Bikes to see if they would extend my warranty by a few months (I needed to purchase a new controller) but they refused to do this - ummmmm - most car companies, electronic companies - most of the world - extended their warranties due to covid. But not Magnum! I got exactly 7 months of use on my bike before putting it away for the winter - and when I took it out again, the world was in covid. By the time I realized that my dealer was out of business (Adventure Cycles), my bike was out of warranty and I had to find a dealer over an hour away. Magnum said, 'Sorry we don't extend our warranty'. Whaaaat?!! This is how you treat your customers in these extenuating circumstances? It doesn't bode well that I needed to do ANY repairs on a bike that is barely over a year old. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received from Magnum Bikes. My husband is going to be buying an ebike soon and we will stay far away from Magnum due to this experience. There are lots of ebike alternatives out there. Look for one that values and treats its customers well. I thought I'd share.

You’re in the right price range to get a quality bike. I’d go to your local bike shop and ride a couple of demos. Maybe find one to rent for a day or two.
I bought a Specialized Turbo Vado that I love. My wife has the Electra Townie. We just ordered a Turbo Vado for her too. Be sure to look at the Como too.
There’s lots of great bikes out there, but I want the support of a bike shop that I can go to when I have a problem.

You need to check the weight limits on any bike you consider buying. Fat tires are IMHO for beach sand & powder snow. They don't pressurize to 60 psi like a 2.1" tire so they may not have the weight capacity to handle you.

If you buy the stretch cargo frame, some of your weight will transfer to the front tire, leaving the back tire with some capacity to carry cargo, like the food you intend to deliver.
the bike I ride left has capacity of 110 kg rider & 110 kg cargo, on 2.1" tires. Fine for me + 80 lb groceries, but not for you.
I lost 50 lb on the bike, but that was before electricity. The ability to climb grades has a lot to do with the selection of gear ratios. My Pacific MTB that I lost 40 lb on had lowest speed 32:28, but this 2017 bodaboda has 32:32 . I can climb 15% grade with 80 lb groceries without electricity (which fails in the rain sometimes).
