Faulty lekker x bike

Hey guys, I’m new to this platform. Just wondering if anyone has had a fault with their ebike whereby the brakes just locked up out of nowhere and subsequently threw you off the bike? I purchased one of the first lekker x models released in Aus in March 2019 & I got thrown off my bike in dec 2019 & broke my elbow and needed surgery. My elbow is ruined & it’s been a colossal pain in my butt as a single working mum with 2 kids!! I’m looking for any other experiences, cases for collateral info. Please let me know!!!
