Just a heads-up for anyone considering purchasing an Engwe ebike in the EU.
There is a website purporting to be the official Engwe website that is in fact nothing to do with Engwe. The address is https:// engwe (dot) eu, which looks more official than the real website address, which is https://engwe-bikes-eu.com .
Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from the fake site. I'm now stuck in a dispute with whoever runs that site with over €1000 hanging in the balance.

Be very careful if you're planning to buy online!
