(no class) 0-250W max 25 km/h considered as a bicycle. Can be driven anywhere on bikelanes and parks etc.

(L1e-A motorised bicycle) 250-1000W max 25 km/h allowed anywhere. Bike lanes etc. Must have a traffic insurance (~80€/year). Throttle allowed. Otherwise considered as a bike.

(L1e-B moped) 4000W max 45 km/h. Can’t be driven on bikelanes except with special signs allowing mopeds. Driving in nature only with permission by landowner.

Nordic countries have a special law that allows bikes, e-bikes and motorised bicycles driven in nature regardless of landownership. The landowner can’t prohibit the passage of hikers or cyclists. This freedom of land usage makes a perfect set for mountain biking.

Yea OK because hoards of dirt bikes and quads rolling through "Big Cities" on any surface they desire;
is the only Police "Attractive Nuisance" I read about. And I've yet to read about Quads launching off pedestrians downtown.
