ESPIN 21 flow vs KBO Breeze

Looking for entry level step through for my wife. these 2 seem like good bikes?

Not familiar with the Breeze, but I have the 21 Flow and I'm very happy with it. Feels stable to ride, PAS is peppy but not overwhelming, throttle easily moderated as needed, battery range is great - it's just a fun bike for me . If you have specific questions, I'll be glad to answer what I can. Also take a look at the Espin and KBO threads for known issues and owner reviews/evaluations.
