entuvia issue

I have a Felt Verza with a Bosh Drive system.

The display looks like this one: (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

The last time I went to ride, I tried to change the riding mode. It is
in Off by default when I push the power button. Seems to power up fine. When I click the + to change the riding mode, it jumps to Eco, then
immediately back to Off. Power meter shows full charge.

Any idea how I can address this issue?

It may not be seated properly on the mount, or have dirty or damaged contacts. Remove the Intuvia from the mount, check the contacts on both the mount and the Intuvia. Clean or service the contacts as necessary. If everything looks OK, reinstall the Intuvia on the mount and make sure it is fully seated. Also check the main bike battery to make sure it is fully charged, properly seated, locked in place and powering up properly.

Unfortunately, that did not do the trick. Any other thoughts?

“Clean” means using rubbing alcohol. In my experience, simply wiping with a cloth won’t remove build-up of deposits. If that doesn’t help, find someone/ shop with an Intuvia display to swap to see if the problem is limited to the Intuvia unit itself or cable to the motor.

I did use alcohol. I was able to swap with another intuvia, and both inltuvias work on my other bike. neither work on the Felt Verza.
I re-seated the battery as well. I will put it on charger for a while to see what happens, but battery looks good.

It is beginning to sound like a wiring issue, or a failure in the controller. You will probably need to take it to a dealer who can run diagnostics.

Remove the controller and clean both the contacts on the controller and the base with contact cleaner. Then rub a small amount of dielectric grease on both. Once both set of contacts are clean the adding of dielectric grease (sometimes called lightbulb grease) will add a little “tension” to the point of contact.

Because it is simple to try, do a hard reset on the battery. Turn your bike on by holding down the power button on the battery about 10 sec.
