I see a bunch of small electric e motorcycles coming out....I won't pay the prices from LAND even if I would like to buy American. What is the best choice for a small e motorcycle under 4000$ USD.??I see a few that have cut prices by 50%. Bad reviews???? or is the economy really getting bad.... I want to buy....!!
