Bought a new Orbea Gain E-bike last month and downloaded the ebikemotion app to use with the bike. Followed all the instructions to the letter to download my ride data automatically to Strava but it doesn't work even though it states that I can now disconnect from Strava, therefore it must be connected but it doesn't work. Anyone any ideas. I contacted ebikemotion on the help page and all they say is to follow the instructions in the book.
