My wife and I are planning to do extensive ebike touring both in North America and Europe. We are having difficulty determining how best to ship our bikes between points. We can send our bikes via sea/ground freight in advance, but understand if we take them by air with us we have to ship the batteries separately. Does anyone know how to ship the bike with it’s battery by sea/ground between North America and Europe? And does anybody know how to ship a battery separately if that’s the only option?
