hi,
I'm new to the ebike world. I have a Rossignol E track trail that I've been enjoying alot. I got the eplus software package to customize the assist parameters. was going really well until today.
my cycle computer wont turn on. seems like it's not getting any juice from the battery. it does turn on when I connect the e tube but I'm getting error messages through e tube
I feel like I need a factory reset but I can't get it to turn on in order to do that.
