I have a Metakoo cyber track 100 ebike that I bought from
Walmart.com 3 years ago.
I just got an. E 24 error code on the display. I looked up on YouTube and they all say disconnect the main cable at the bullet plug near the bike chain and reattach. I’ve done that but still I get the E24 code. Every ebike place I call won’t work on it. Any thoughts. I’m 70 and not knowledgeable about electronics Thanks I live in Clearwater Florida
