E bike troubleshoot with push acceleration

Hello. I’ve just purchased an e-bike and I’m have problems with my push acceleration. I have the eahora x7 model with the 48volt and 750watt motor. The battery, display and petal assist work without and problems but my push acceleration only work sometimes. When I take laps around my circle I live in, it cuts and works in the same extract pattern. Meaning I’ll come to a turn and it will cut out or work (depending if I’m going clock or counter clockwise). So I’m gussing it just needs to be aligned? Am I working the battery to hard or do they get over heated? I’m taking the bike into the shop to get the brakes and gears and general alignment. Hope fully that will fix the problem but doesn’t any one have advice it knowledge of what might be going on before I take it in? I forgot to mention that the rail guard is damaged or whatever this is called is damage I’ll put a pictures of it. Could it just be this?

If I'm understanding your question properly, you're asking about your throttle, correct? You're saying it doesn't always work?

If that's the case, it's much more likely that your issue is just a bad connection where 2 wires meet, possibly in the area of the handlebars. If this is the case, you just need to go over the connections in that area and make double, triple sure they are plugged in securely!

The problem shown in your pictures is not going to have anything to do with your throttle issue, but does need attention right away....
