E+2 fathom not working no fault codes

Hi,

Whilst riding my bike the power assist unexpectedly stopped. No fault codes. I removed the battery and refitted it. I removed the app and reloaded. Also noticed the rear wheel won't go backwards. I used the app to do a bike system check and it doesn't flag up anything. Any ideas?

You should visit a Giant LBS, assuming your e-bike is warrantied.
