Back in the spring, I was doing some window shopping and asked here for advice. Some of my criteria changed, and I've also narrowed down my choices, so would love go get some feedback.

I was all but decided on the OHM, but they were still out of stock a couple of days ago when I first came across the Medeo and really liked what it offered (and now the OHM is back in stock!)
Both bikes have very similar components (battery size, shifters, tires, brakes etc). The Gazelle has a front suspension (I don't NEED that but don't hate it) and its cassette is 11-42 as opposed to 11-36 on the OHM.
The weight difference is relatively negligible between the two (~2lbs). The Medeo low-step is more my style. I really like the looks of it.
For e-component service, two of my fave bike shops are authorized for one motor or the other (and both a 10-15 minute walk away), so that's not an issue.
OHM is a Canadian company with a good e-bike rep, and as a Canuck, that's in their favour. From what I've seen, they make a good line of well thought out bikes. I also get similarly positive vibes in the coverage of Gazelle bikes in general, and have watched the few YouTube videos of the Medeo T10, which left me with the feeling that I can't really go wrong with either brand.
I've taken a different Bosch Performance Line 3 for a short ride and noticed a little resistance but I wasn't even 100% sure if there was resistance vs. a heavier bike just making it a bit more difficult. Once I got up to speed I was found the groove.
I've never ridden an E6100-based bike, and with the Covids, not likely to happen this year, but the reviews I've seen suggest it similarly has little/no resistance and MIGHT pedal better without power, which I would appreciate.
tl;dr - With all else being pretty equal, I'm looking for insight as to how the E6100 compares to the Bosch Performance Line 3 in both range and unassisted pedal feel.
