Difference in shipping times USA and Canada

I am curious as to the reason for different shipping times for in stock bikes between the USA and Canada. For in stock bikes in Seattle they say they ship out the next business day while in Vancouver they say they ship in 2-3 weeks. Why such a difference within one company?

I suspect that all the inventory is in Seattle, and that current trans border shipping is problematic for some products. Why it would impact the Rad stuff is beyond me. The various tariffs for assembled vs. unassembled bicycles could be different?

But, for an economic zone with supposedly "free trade", I am seriously underwhelmed by a lot of what I see and hear about. YMMV...

You might be right that everything comes into Seattle. Maybe they wait for a truckload going north before moving them the 2 hours to the Vancouver warehouse. Slow and frustrating.
