I have a Daymak Vienna 72v which is just over a year old and recently had new batteries and back tire replaced. While riding yesterday the throttle stuck open and in applying the brake my knee made contact with the ignition key and moved it to the off position and created what sounds like a rubbing or binding noise in the wheel hub and my speedometer reads 40 km/hr.
When i tried to start it again the throttle seems to want to go but the hub and motor does not move. The wheel will spin in a ratcheting type motion when controller is connected but spins normally when not connected. Is there some sort of a kill switch or reset on these or is the controller fried?
