Custom Enduro -Finally Finished!

Well I think I am finally finished with customizing my Enduro...here are the major upgrades..pictures included!
I ride about 30 miles a day and zero issues.

1. Rockshox Recon Solo Air with Remote lockout
2. Bafang DPC-18 color display to replace DPC-10

4. Ergon series GP5 grips
5. Shimano SLX hydraulic brakes front and rear
6. Shimano RT-99 ICE discs with centerlock
7. Shimano MT-15 Front and Rear wheels
8. Shimano Pedal cranks 175mm
9. Shimano HG Chain
10. Shimano HG-51 Cassette 11t-30t
11. VP Pedals
12. Iberia Pak-Rak clip on system
13. Topeak Fenders
14. Serfas ICS RX seat
15. XLC Seatpost micro adjust
16. XLC 90mm 40 degree stem
17. Garmin 820 computer
18. Garmin VT-800 light
19. Garmin Varia rear radar with forward display
20. IQ German light direct wired
21. Two Niterider OLED 600 lights

It was just over $2500 US dollars in parts (major expense is the electronics of course but they are useable on any bike) plus $1850 for the bike. A lot of upgraded parts vs the standard parts.

12. Iberia Pak-Rak clip on system
13. Topeak Fenders

Could you tell me what product numbers those 2 add ons are? When you search and go to their sites, I'm overwhelmed and not sure the fender/back rack is the one that fits our bikes.

I've been looking at the Enduro for months and it always says it's out of stock. There's a review of the Outback from May of this year and they said in the video the Enduro was sold out then. Did you pre-order it or are they saying they are sending you one?

I just got off the phone with George of VoltBike and have put in an order, that I'll be picking up 2'nd week of Jan 2020. He says they are getting their shipment in at the end of this Dec. If you've been looking at these bikes for a while, maybe now is the time to go for it. I'm looking forward to getting mine.

Well the day has come ... my 2020 Enduro is scheduled to be shipped from Vancouver to my home in Victoria this Monday morning Jan 13, 2020. Now to get some front and rear fenders and a lock and I'll be ready to go.
The plan is to leave the Toyota Tacoma parked and use the bike for all my retired time running around.
I'll keep us posted on my thoughts and observations.

Great build and sturdy ebike ! I’m also using the Conti double fighter, nice rolling tires.

Happy to see some other people with this style of bike. Looked around for a while before I found this post. Anyway I have an Outback (it actually came to me with the Enduro name on the frame last year in the early spring) and have modified it somewhat to suit me. I wanted the suspension as I assumed it and 3" tires would smooth the ride somewhat. I wanted slightly more upright seating and thought fenders should be on a bike if it's going to be used regularly. So I found it a challenge to attach fenders because the suspension allows so much wheel travel and the various frame components that you would normally attach the fenders to are in constant motion. After some trials I came up with a reasonably functional solution. Glad to answer questions about it to anyone who is interested. I am having trouble locating my picture files right now (figures) but will try to sort it out and post some if there is interest.

hello flatsix; That Lynx is a beauty. Seems like an upgraded refined version of a Voltbike Enduro. I haven't seen that bike before and I just noticed the rear suspension. Looks like it could be easier to fit a fender and the wheel looks like it dosn't travel as far up into the fender. Better geometry? Looks like about 4" of clearance there in the picture. I have a similar light and find it excellent. Reminds me of Johnny 5 from Short Circuit or Wall-e. I think mine is a bit more like Wall-e as it seems to have gathered up a lot of spare parts...
