Cup and cone hub issues HELP!!

Hey! First ebike build, im looking to start doing deliveries with uber eats but i cant seem to get the rear wheel to stay reliable.

Im using the bafang BBSHD and the rear wheel is a cup and cone hub, im not sure if im doing something wrong when i go to reset the cones or if this type of hub just isnt a good idea to use for this powerful of a motor, would i be better off using a bike with a cartridge hub/cassette or should i just get better at setting the cup and cone hubs?

What is wrong with your hubs? Are the bearings too loose or too tight? What kind of hub is it specifically; is it a freewheel hub, or a cassette hub? If it is a freewheel hub, is the axle straight? if it feels rough when you spin it, it could be too tight...or your hub cones might be damaged. Need more info from you.

The hub keeps coming loose after and hour or two of sending it on level 5; so the issue is that its too loose? its a freewheel hub, the axle is straight; its a brand new bike and i checked this last night when i took the ball bearings out and axle, the dust cap for the drive side cone wrecked itself in the process (so i assume the drive side cone was loose and i kept tightening the wrong side) im now looking to replace the axle due to the scoring caused by the damaged dust cap and the cones (im having some trouble finding replacement parts but! 169mm long 10mm axle with cones with a 25mm outside dust cap diameter)
