Creo SL carbon pro - included accessories?

Picked up my 2021 carbon creo sl today from Specialized sale. There were no no manuals or battery charger included, is this an error or was i expected to know i had to order a battery charger too?

You should’ve gotten a lot more attention from them for starters - like a good hour or two fitting and orientation about the bike. Plus a neat zip up case including the charger , parts, instruction manuals ( several), and warranty.

Not sure what region you are. I bought a display Vado SL at a Specialized brand store in Poland. They gave me a discount for the bike being a display one, and I got the charger, and a charger case. i didn't get any manuals though.

I think you should have got the charger as a part of the deal.

Thanks folks. Thats reassuring. I think they just forgot to pack everything, ill give them a ting tomorrow.

The charger and cable in a case with the manuals is included with the bike. They usually put the sticker with the BLE code and SN on the last page of the manual which you will need to pair the bike in Mission Control and register with Specialized which also starts part of the warranty. New process in the last month or two and probably due to the new models.
