Creo 1, tire pressure for pavement?

The tires only show max pressure of 70 psi
168 pounds
What pressure for riding paved roads?

not enough info here.

tire size? tubeless or tubed? average speed and quality of paving?

if 32mm and tubeless on good roads, spirited riding, suggest around 60psi.

I would experiment with different pressures to see what works best for you. I typically always go by feel.

Is it true that the Specialized Pathfinder Pro 2Bliss Ready tire is tubeless-ready (as the name indicates), but the Pathfinder Sport Reflective is not?

The former comes on the Creo 2, the latter on the Vado 5.0. The Sport's official product page says nothing either way.

Also keep in mind that the Vado 5.0 is spec with 650B wheels/rims that are unlikely to be stock tubeless ready. Minimum retape would be required but I think still iffy that the Sports will work tubeless with those rims. Similarr to the Vado 4.0 SL that also was not spec'd as tubeless ready - results will vary trying to go tubeless. I've been using 650B 50 mm Pirelli Centurato H on Stan's tubeless ready wheels with good results so far.
