Creeking Noise

I am new to this forum but i can see there is a wealth of information and great members who are willing to share a lot of info. A big shout out for this community !
I received my lectric xp bike 2 weeks ago and i am thrilled to get back to biking after nearly 20 years.
The bike is great value for the money and they even threw in a free bag !
That said i observed a few issues some of which i could fix and some i could not (need professional help)

1. The break disk mechanism was too close to the breaks both on the front and back and it was easy fix adjusting the position screw with an allen key
2. The gear shiftier guard was to close the derailleur so i had to pry it out with a claw hammer. That was the most difficult part.
3. The gear mechanism still does not shift to the 7th gear.
3.There is a creeking noise coming from my front bike handlebar stem. I called the customer support and they asked for a video and then confirmed that the headset needs an adjustment.
They directed to me to a nearest bike shop to get these issues fixed and mentioned they would reimburse the cost.

Overall great customer support. I am happy that i bought my first ebike from Letric Xp and not from an unknown chinese company !!!

There is a strong possibility the derailleur hanger is slightly bent. Make sure the shop checks the hanger. I would advise you to buy a spare hanger as well, just to have it on hand in case you ever need to replace it. There are literally hunderds of different hangers and shops do not stock them all.
