Core-5 sizing?

I am 6” tall with shorter inseam 30”. I think most people 6” tall have 32” inseam. Would you recommend the XR or ST? Seems the XR fits taller riders? I would prefer the ST.

I am 5'11 with the same inseam as yo and the XR Fits me perfectly. The seat post has plenty of room for adjustment also.

Thank u! I would be buying this pretty much blindly. I know there are measurements but its best finding people like yourself commenting. Plus I am north of the border so even more risk.
