Configure BionX new Motor

I got an ebike with BionX system and new motor. When I connect this ebike to the BionX Software, the motor is not recognized in the UI. Is it possible to mount this new motor / serial number?

usually when you start to type in the serial of the motor it would pop-up a window so you can fill out the entire serial. the part of the number prior to the - is the sku of the part and aftet the - is the actual serial number which contains the location, when it was build and the count of the days production.
