Please I have an ebike battery not upto 6 months it had a complete new cells. Recently I used the Re-set mode(pressing down the down arrow button) to get the battery and power indicator lights working again.
Shortly after this, I noticed that while riding with the battery light indicator showing fully charged (yellow and green light all showing)
and the power light indicator fully on (all the blue light showing),
After riding a while, the speed of the ebike started reducing from full speed to zero, without me pressing the power button. When I tried pressing the up arrow button(power button- to increase the speed), it responded but it slowed down shortly.
Please what can I do?
