Changed Cassette, Not Happy

I think the Raleigh Retroglide iE has a 42 tooth chain ring. That’s what I read in the specs in ads.
That explains why you have to pedal ”very fast” to reach 22mph.

It comes with a 38 tooth chain ring with 12-32 cog. I switched out cassette to 11-34
