cannonade battery charge problem

I have a cannonade Treadwell Neo. It is a year old. The battery circle blinked blue, never saw that color before. Of course can't find info on it. Battery stopped working, won't charge. Store I got it from is no help, seems to understand it less than I do, which ain't sayin much. Anyone here have any ideas? So disappointed in this bike.

If the bike is still under warranty, it's their responsibility to service the bike to good working order as designed. Have you checked with REI? I believe they are a Cannondale dealer.

Have you checked on-line for Neo Treadwell owners and support manuals? Everything these days can be found on line, especially service and owners manuals as it frees the manufacturer from printing that stuff. This is what I found that may help, but again, seek out your local REI and see what they have to say....

Not sure if your edrive system is by Mahle or not. Highlight the above noted link addresses, right click and go to google for that page. You'll have to poke around the Cannondale links to find your proper application. Good luck and let us know what you come up with....
