Can you put both a seat suspension and a dropper post in a hardtail bike?

Or if you wanted both, would a full suspension be required?

Hardtail or full suspension makes no difference. All of the seat suspensions I know of come with their own post. The seat suspension company would have to offer one built on a dropper post.

Their is the spring thingy that could be mounted on an existing dropper post but I doubt they work all that well. They can be had on ebay and other places.
