Can someone please tell me the outside measurement from one side of the display screen "clamp" to the other? For a 1.0 XP

I'm shopping for handle bars and need to have room, (straddling the goose neck) before each side begins its turn upward.
Amazon had some that were squared a bit.. I'm planning on adjusting the folding gooseneck all the way down and adding a set of bars to rise the 9 inches I'll need to be comfortable... Luckily all things amazon are easily returnable if you aren't happy with it.
