Yes. Doug originally sold batteries built by EM3ev. Because they’ve made constant and progressive builds, were back thrilled and committed to Pauls’s quality. The newest batteries have a Bluetooth BMS. Which means we have accurate information on battery performance and statistics. Helping keep that 1 year warranty moving forward. And helping us support our DIY customers. Feel free to call or text the support number found on Doug’s web site. It’s riding season, the phones are busy, but we do respond. I try to pick up calls without messages. but I have all the Aetna Insurance I can afford. At least 10 robo nuisance calls every busy day.
