For the prices they charge they could deliver it in a Pelican case.

I was actually quite impressed with Aventon's packaging because it was 100% paper and recyclable. All of the ties inside the box were twisted strips of paper. It worked quite well.

I never saw the packaging for my Specialized bike because it was delivered to a bike shop. Which is the same thing I suspect will happen to most R&M bikes.

Man that author is pretty bitter and jaded.

R&M is already 100% cardboard. I suspect this reusable packaging will work well in the EU, doubt we'll see it over here in NA since there's no warehouse (yet) so shipping stuff back and forth to Munich doesn't make a ton of sense.
