Hi,
I have a Triobike Boxter e-bike.
Unfortunately there is a problem causing several issues.
- the lights does not work even though the display shows it is on.
- the speed indicator on the display does not work.
- the motor does not work
The Marquardt display reads an an error code that is not presented in the manuaI.
It says "CAN error 1"
Can you help me tell what this error means? See attached picture.
I can not get a 36V reading when i put my voltmeter ti the battery, but i guess that the CAN bus system has to open for the high voltage or??
