Brake light kit for a hitch mount bike rack?

After buying E bikes and purchasing a bike rack so we could carry our bikes on trips with us ; I bought bike covers to protect the electronics on the bikes! On our first trip I realized that the covers covered up the rear stop and brake lights!
was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they did! I have looked for inexpensive
Trailer kits that would plug into the remote socket on the car but can’t seem to find any simple solution!
Any help would be appreciated!

You can pick up a trailer light bar on amazon pretty cheap, you would just need to figure a way to mount it.
