Good day. To all readers. Hope someone could help me. On my problem on my ebike. Haibike fullseven rc. Its been one year. In one year i incounter more eror.. and most of them are. Solve by cleaning entire motor. Without help of my dealer motostrano.. hope in this forum. Now my bike won't work any more. First happen is. While im biking. And stop and turn of my. Bike. After testing. I turn on the power tjen keep on turning off. I try many times but it wont stay open. I walk hope. And try again to open again. When i turn on before turing off again. There is an eror 502. 502 eror means something wrong with my light line. But i dont have light. I try to exchange the monitor from my haibike ultimate . The eror gone but my battery keep on turning on and off. Still not working. Hope if anyone have same problem. Or any one tell me were can i buy new motor for my bike. Performance line cx. My supplier wont reply on my question s regarding my problem. We dont have dealer of haibike in Philippines. Hoping somebody could help me on my problem

Hi Arnel, I was riding up a mountain one day and my Haibike just stopped. The battery had all the lights saying full capacity, but the bike just kept shutting down. It turned out that the battery just failed. Get the battery looked at by a dealer. Once I got the new battery it was as good as new. My dealer said that some batteries, not many, will fail. I hope this helps you
